City and forest orienteering in two Luxembourgs

Fancy a weekend somewhere different?

Luxembourg Orienteering Club and SudOLux welcome you to three days of orienteering in neighbouring cities – and countries! The driving time between the two venues is below 30 minutes.

Friday – a city sprint race, taking place in Luxembourg’s Vieille Ville and the historic Grund and Pfaffenthal areas. Run in Vauban fortifications and by 21^st century EU institutions. Be ready for complex route choices, steep climbs and narrow alleys – find out why Luxembourg is called “the Gibraltar of the North”.

Saturday and Sunday – a middle and long distances in the Forêt d'Anlier in the Belgium's Province de Luxembourg. We will run in mostly open continental forests with a medium-density path network, a medium visibility due to numerous vegetation features, and shallow hills.
