Dear club members, due to multiple orienteering events taking place on the weekend of 25-26 June, LuxOC's next training will be organized by Jan and Orsi on Sunday, 26 June (instead of Saturday, 25 June) at Parc-Close-Groendchen and the adjacent Kirchberg housing estate. The meeting place will be by the middle water fountain on the western edge of the park. Starting times from 3 to 4 p.m. There will be two courses on offer - a shorter one of approximately 1.6 K straight line (expect to run more) in the park suitable for kids and beginners, and a longer one of 3.5 K (expect to run double) that will also take you to the Kirchberg Hospital area and beyond. Please let us know in advance, and if possible by 24 June, if you would like to participate by writing to us at orienteer@orienteering.lu or better by signing up on the left side of this page. You can, of course, also just show up at the meeting point on the day. Please think of some form of shin protection, for example long (orienteering) socks. The vegetion is quite lively in places.
